Our client is currently looking for a friendly and relaxed Administration Assistant to join their team located within the Loganholm Area .
This position is being offered on a Part-Time basis
The successful candidate should have a Good understanding of all administration Duties. And good computer Knowledge
Completing / Assisting with Invoicing & Bills
Completing / Assisting with Account Reconciliations
Maintaining / Updating Registers and Records
Managing internal documents, including mail, filing & Archiving
Assisting with Supply and Ordering of office supplies
Assisting with Weekly Payroll Preparation
