Provide high quality clinical care to patients referred to the Kidney Health Service, lead the collaborative development of systems that deliver high quality kidney care in the Kidney Health Service and provide recognised capability to influence service evolution through demonstrated translation of contemporary and emerging academic models into clinical practice in an environment of growth, innovation and prestige
Metro North Hospital and Health Service is the biggest and most diverse Hospital and Health Service in Queensland, delivering the best care by the brightest healthcare professionals.
Two of our five hospitals Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) are tertiary / quaternary referral hospitals, providing state-wide super specialty services, such as heart and lung transplantation and burns treatment.
Redcliffe and Caboolture are major secondary hospitals, and Kilcoy is a regional community hospital.

About the Role
Deliver clinical care to patients where you are the nominated Nephrologist who demonstrates self-awareness and cultivates innovation
Functions within transparent quality and risk frameworks, including professional standards , the standards of the Professional Practice Framework, Royal Australasian College of Physicians, puts the Values in Action of Metro North Hospital and Health Service into practice
Demonstrates capability to actively advance and promote the Kidney Health Service, including high level and meritorious contributions at state, national and international forums
Capacity to lead innovation to address service needs through recognised research
Demonstrated leadership and capacity to deliver collaboratively within multi / interprofessional health care teams
