Our Claim Specialists make our customers feel relaxed and heard, asking the right questions to make sure their needs are met and work to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.
We are currently looking for customer service experts to join our Brisbane Motor Claims team on a part time 12-month contract.
This role will see you connecting with existing customers across our Brands, leveraging your brilliant customer service skills to answer claim lodgement enquiries, understand their mobility needs and find great solutions to meet these.
Skills & Experience
These are part-time positions working 25 hours a week on a 12 month contract, Monday to Friday starting between 6am and 9am.
If successful, you will be required to attend 5 weeks of compulsory full-time training, Monday to Friday, commencing Monday 16th November in the Brisbane office.
Work from home requirements
These roles are based in our Brisbane offices. However, due to Covid 19, you will be working a combination of in the office and from home.
