We provide personal and aged care, disability services and accommodation, general practice medicine, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetic services.

The Opportunity

Working with the Australian Home Care Services team in our two Residential Facilities in Roxburgh Park, you will be assisting our clients as a Support Worker.

Each day will be different, but your core responsibilities will likely include :

Complex Personal Care

Client specific care tasks Hoisting, Slide Sheets, Wheelchair Assistance, Peg Feeding

A variety of different shifts that range from morning / evenings but must be able to work active night shifts

About You

To do well in this role, you will have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field working as a Support Worker and ideally previous experience dealing with Challenging Behaviours.

Other mandatory requirements :

Certificate III (or higher) in Disability Care, Home & Community Care, Aged Care or Individual Support

Current Police Check (issued within last 12 months)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current Working with Children check
