Key Responsibilities :
Supporting the Head of Emerging Markets (APAC)for Southern East Asia region (ASEAN), your goal will be to help deliver on key business objectives set out for this region.
ASEAN represents a key component of the Emerging Markets growth ambitions, meaning your efforts will be key to ensuring we hit budget targets.
Crucially, as the Head of Emerging Markets (APAC) will regularly be required to focus on other business priorities, you will be expected to step up and lead these regional objectives forward independently when required.
Working alongside local and central marketing teams to steer and implement cost-efficient and effective marketing strategies
Working with Sales teams to ensure we have an optimal sales structure which supports the prioritisation & conversion of leads, as well as ensuring we are addressing identifiable barriers to conversion
Alongside the Product team, working on localising our product offering and tailor the client experience
Coordinating with DailyFX to deliver initiatives which complement key business objectives
Supporting (and occasionally running) the bi-weekly ASEAN working group
Creation of MI dashboards and data reporting to help track KPIs & performance against targets
Working with the Marketing Partnership and Institutional team to devise a B2B2C institutional strategy and prospect pipeline for the region
Occasionally you may be required to travel to engage with high value clients or partners
You will occasionally need to present updates and key milestones to business stakeholders
You may at times be required to support the Commercial Director International and Chief Product Officer with other initiatives associated with the broader Emerging Markets project.
Ability / Expertise
Strong understanding of ASEAN region from culture, market landscape, financial industry development to networks

2+ years experience in business development of financial products or services, particularly derivative products for ASEAN region
Experience of building a credible network of contacts and potential contacts with financial institutions, marketing and referral partners
Experience in working with cross-functional team is desired
