We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Finance Sector.
Act as a trusted marketing adviser to the boutique principals, providing guidance and support across all marketing activity
Develop end to end marketing projects including campaigns, website re-designs, brand identity creation / maintenance and other initiatives which support the business sales targets through various distribution channels (IFAs, key accounts, brokers, direct investors)
Manage the creation and maintenance of boutique marketing materials as required, including product flyers, presentations, website content, campaign materials and webinars
Identify and implement techniques that assist in the development of digital solutions aligned to business and customer needs;
optimise digital lead generation and database capture across initiatives and assess gaps in service design; and identify opportunities for digital innovation across marketing and sales strategies to improve engagement and customer experience
Conduct analysis of the customer’s digital experience and make recommendations for improvement to UX and CX
At least six years relevant marketing experience in financial services Funds management experience preferred
A sound understanding of financial advisers, how they operate and the issues they face
Proven experience in designing, implementing and optimising digital marketing strategy.
Experience managing investment-related marketing material
Demonstrated ability in building mutually beneficial relationships and the ability to manage relationships at an executive level
Demonstrated ability in influencing decisions and outcomes
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with campaign development including email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
