Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for highlymotivated, agile software Project Manager who will be responsible fordeveloping and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope.

Experience in project planning, communication planning, allocating tasks andsetting milestone will be essential. This Internship will be most suitable fora senior software engineer who wants to move to a software project managerrole.

  • Let's Talk About Responsibilities :

  • Lead the delivery of software projects to meet product requirements, schedule, quality and budget.
  • Lead and co-ordinate the activities of the cross-functional teams associated within the software project.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances;
  • initiating corrective actions.

  • Communicate schedule, priorities, and status to stakeholders of Stalione Group.
  • Promote and cultivate team spirit and culture across the global team built on open communication, collaboration, teamwork, trust and integrity.
  • Let’s Talk About Requirements :

  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science with at least 2+ years’ experience working in a product development environment.
  • Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector will be essential
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • You should have strong stakeholder and people management
  • skills

  • Software lead or software project management experience on cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a timely manner and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • We would appreciate if you had knowledge in MS Project, and also good presentation skills
  • PMI certification is highly desirable
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
