We’re looking for

An experienced Financial Analyst, who values customer service and collaboration, to join our Business Improvement Team

The role of Senior Financial Analyst is critical to the operations of our Business Information Systems function, responsible for all budget management activities including cost recovery through the annual Fees and Charges process.

You will coordinate the planning, reporting and management of financial activities and be expected to anticipate and respond to internal and external client needs.

You will contribute to the strategic direction whilst cultivating an environment of guidance and leadership to build and sustain relationships.

You will require considerable financial experience and the ability to drive the business unit’s financial management and reporting commitments with confidence.

As our ideal candidate, you will be a detail oriented and analytical individual who can communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, particularly within an IT business environment.

You will continually seek to improve service delivery and will be passionate in the delivery of financial activities.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

We need someone who can

  • Bring considerable experience to this senior financial analyst role
  • Provide solutions to complex problems using conceptual and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Oracle e-business suite
  • Expertly use spreadsheet and database software for analysing, modelling, documenting and reporting on financial and non-financial data
  • Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and provide quality financial reporting information and advice to managers
  • Communicate effectively and provide consistent and accurate advice to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
