GBF are experiencing growth and an exciting opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Training & Systems Advisor in our Perth team.
This is a permanent role that supports our mining operations as well as required to cover for leave and training gaps throughout the year.
The role is designed for a person who wants to lead the development of company strategies and enjoys Adult Learning challenges.
About the Role : this is a leadership role requiring the right person to challenge the norm and set a standard better than industry.
Provide strategic coordination of all training system material,
Provide site assistance in relation to training management,
Coordinate, develop, maintain, and deliver the tool for company training,
Ability to delivery agreed specific site training e.g. first aid, internal systems,
Ensure sites have the availability to access an up-to-date site specific training matrix,
Assist the site EHST Technical Advisor's to ensure Training KPIs are achieved,
What you will need :
Must have Underground & Surface Mining Equipment experience as an operator or trainer ,
Knowledge of state and national legislative requirements and industry standards for training and assessing,
Certificate IV Training and Assessment,
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining,
Knowledge and understanding of ISO & RTO systems compliance,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels,
INX, CMO, GMPT system experience Desirable,
E-Learning online systems management,
LMS compliance and coordination.
