About the Role :

The Project Manager is responsible for the successfully deliver of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and brief.

Duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
  • Project planning and programming tasks
  • Liaising and managing client relationships
  • Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
  • Procurement of plant, equipment and material
  • Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
  • Skills and Experience :

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
  • Significant Project Management experience
  • Operational experience in civil infrastructure
  • Significant experience and exposure to our main client, VicRoads
  • Experience in working with authorities, such as local council
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Excellent rapport with subcontractors
  • Contract management experience
  • Excellent people management skills
