About the Role :
The Project Manager is responsible for the successfully deliver of civil construction and sub-division projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and brief.
Duties will include but are not limited to :
Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
Project planning and programming tasks
Liaising and managing client relationships
Monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates
Reporting and mitigating performance issues
Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
Procurement of plant, equipment and material
Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
Skills and Experience :
A degree in Civil Engineering
Significant Project Management experience
Operational experience in civil infrastructure
Significant experience and exposure to our main client, VicRoads
Experience in working with authorities, such as local council
Excellent client relationship management
Excellent rapport with subcontractors
Contract management experience
Excellent people management skills
