We are seeking an organised, proactive, innovative and creative thinker with experience in administration support.
Experience in or capacity to engage with the BCE suite of online tools and programs eg : School and Parent Portal, eMinerva, enrolment package, Office 365 and Outlook is essential.
The focus of this role is to support the leadership team with administration tasks, office duties as assigned, and to ensure that all timelines are met.
The successful applicant must have good communication skills and positive people skills and a willingness to support and provide help to parents, students and staff.
