Supervisor - FIFO Pilbara

The Role

Aerison is currently seeking suitably experienced Supervisors for Shutdowns based in the North West of Western Australia.

Please note these positions are FIFO from Perth only.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Reporting to the superintendent, you will be hands on leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key deliverables
  • Plan and schedule work and labour requirements
  • Monitor progress against the work schedule
  • Record and monitor team members performance and address issues where necessary
  • Investigate all incidents and address as necessary
  • Supervise and conduct visual inspections of work to ensure it meets required standards and client specifications
  • Your Skills and Attributes :

  • 3-5 years leadership experience in shutdown or heavy industrial environments
  • Australian recognised Mechanical or Boilermaker Trade Certificate
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence - MR or above will be looked upon favourably
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screen - ongoing
  • A strong commitment to OH&S
  • Extensive experience supervising works including fixed plant maintenance, repair and installation works on mine sites
