Due to continued growth, we now have the opportunity for experienced Planning Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Perth head office team.
Working on either a 8 / 6 roster OR Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for planning, quoting, submitting, manning, mobilising and demobilising crew and equipment to various sites.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to :
Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
Submitting works through our tender management system
Building jobs on our internal planning system
Allocating personnel and creating efficient plans in accordance with KPI targets
Creating Budget Estimates and obtaining client purchase orders
Ensuring all training, qualifications and inductions are compliant
Coordination and booking of flights, travel and accommodation
Accurately process timesheets
Suitable applicants will ideally possess :
Mining systems experience, ERMS, Concur, Pronto, Amex and SAP
Shutdown process and production plant knowledge is highly advantageous
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Be highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication
Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suit
Possess analytical skills and be able to come up with fresh ideas
