Looking for an amazing Receptionist !

This role is suitable for anyone who prides themselves on being the professional face of a business, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to both client and pet in a high-pressure environment.

Do you have the following skills?

  • Exceptional reception and customer care skills?
  • Demonstrate ability to show empathy and genuine care to clients
  • Ability to multi task taking phone calls, addressing customer needs, making bookings, administration functions.
  • Skills in prioritisation to ensure efficient running of busy reception area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to sell service and product
  • Learn quickly and take initiative
  • Work well with and effectively across a broad range of personalities and human behaviours
  • Knowledge if computer programs and experience with social media
  • The ideal candidate should have :

  • At least 2 years' reception experience in either veterinary, medical and or similar role.
  • Calm, efficient and resilient nature
  • Ability to work within a team in a positive and effective manner
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and a happy vibrant personality

    Experience :

  • Veterinary receptionist : 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Service : 2 years (Required)
  • Work Eligibility :

  • The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Preferred)
