Position Profile : We are seeking to appoint experienced people to the position of Clinical Midwife. In this role you will provide continuity of midwifery care during antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum period as a member of a midwifery group practice within a low risk setting at the Family Birth Centre.
In accordance with the ANMC Competency Standards for Midwives, the Code of Ethics and professional conduct for midwives, midwives will work as part of a collaborative team with medical and allied health practitioners with the emphasis on the provision of safe, effective care which is culturally sensitive and meets the needs of individual women.
