In this role
you'll enjoy leading and positively enabling our Field Service team to meet and exceed service delivery, quality maintenance outcomes on Hitachi OEM product lines whilst overlooking expense control in line with budgets.
Focusing on ensuring a safety-first culture, you'll coordinate team activities to meet performance targets, timesheet deadlines and check that all service documentation is accurate and entered on time.
You will enjoy partnering with our customers to resolve inquiries and liaise with suppliers and technical support to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
