Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 / 12 / 2021.

Position Profile : The Injury Management Officer provides support to the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) team, including OSH and Injury Management (IM).

You will provide comprehensive administration support to Manager Organisational Risk and OSH. You will also promote an organisation-wide culture of safety and wellbeing.

Area Profile : Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.
