Our client has been operating a successful business for over half a century and is now seeking an individual to lead and manage the construction and assembly of modular buildings in their new facility at Regency Park.
The individual they are seeking will come from either the building and construction industry and has a good understanding of the building process as well as scoping and mapping the flow of work from its facility in the workshop to delivery on site.
You will have either a builders / supervisors license and understand all the various trades in order to coordinate and schedule all the various components to construct the finished product.
A high focus on safety is also a key trait you will possess as well an understanding on how to project manage. Good people management skills will also need to be demonstrated with a previous track record successfully managing a team.
You will be supported by a solid foundation to give you the administrative and project support you require to be successful in this exciting new initiative.
You will also have a methodical approach as well as being hands on as needed to lead by example.
Having a trade i.e. Carpenter / Electrical etc will also be advantageous in understanding some critical points of the construction and assembly process.
You will be part of the leadership team within this organisation that has various other components of services within its overall business offerings.
