What's so exciting about this role?
This role will play a critical part in shaping the success of direct customer acquisition at flexigroup . You will report into a very passionate Head of Digital Marketing and be in charge of developing and implementing profitable acquisition strategies across our key brands, with a focus on digital channel optimisation.
What Does An Average Day Look Like?
No day is average at flexigroup but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role :
Managing all performance driven channels - like SEM, display and paid social media.
Identifying and evaluating new opportunities to increase brand awareness, site traffic, app downloads, and revenue growth.
Defining and delivering the digital marketing roadmap in consultation with key stakeholders.
Being the subject matter expert in anything digital marketing, supporting strategic projects as well as teams across the business.
Continuously investigating, identifying & testing new digital marketing opportunities to create sustainable new acquisition sources.
Implement all marketing acquisition campaigns across best channels to meet annual targets
Work with the Product and Early Engagement team to identify opportunities for offers, customer targeting and journey optimisation
Testing various ad copy, creatives and formats across all performance channels.
Building landing pages to drive better post-click experiences for key customer segments
Collaborating with various members of the marketing team and senior management to propose solutions, hypothesise, and present results to back up strategy.
Deliver regular details campaign performance and analytics to inform the acquisition strategy and demonstrate the return on investment.

Experienced in multi-channel customer acquisition (preferably in Financial Services)
Proven success in managing multiple digital campaigns
Understanding and working knowledge of reporting tools such as GA, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Facebook Analytics.
Track record in driving innovation and change in a fast paced environment
Strong financial acumen including financial modelling
Excellent communication and influencing skills
