Our Content Support Managers are cloud experts who provide the crucial link between our community of learners and our content creators.

They make sure that learning is a two-way conversation and that our students' voices are heard. They share their knowledge on forums, answer student questions, provide learning guidance and make sure that content is current and serving students well.

Our Content Team

At A Cloud Guru, content is king. We really care about making quality content that doesn't just teach our students, it makes their learning journey fun and engaging.

The content team is made up of content specialists from diverse backgrounds including publishing, engineering and tech, video production, consulting, and learning design.

They work together to create the best and most innovative cloud learning content that is constantly evolving to meet our students needs.

Making great content means listening to students, taking their feedback onboard and actioning it as quickly as possible.

Content Support Managers have their ear to the ground and make sure that the students have their voice heard inside the content team.

As a Content Support Manager at ACG, you’ll get to :

  • Be a community leader to our customers all over the world
  • Have primary responsibility for answering student questions
  • Support people on life-changing learning journeys
  • Become a thought leader in cloud learning
  • Shape the evolution of content on the ACG platform
  • We are looking for someone who can :

  • Engage with and nurture an online learning community
  • Give efficient and empathetic support to students
  • QA content and catch any details that need to be updated
  • What you bring to the table

    Uni degrees aren't required for any roles, and career gaps or switches are totally welcome.


  • 5+ years hands-on experience working with cloud technology
  • 3+ years in a customer / technical / help desk support experience
  • One or more associate-level certifications with a cloud technology / vendor
  • Ability to effectively organise and manage a large volume of support tickets
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse geo-distributed team
  • Desirable

  • Knowledge of and / or experience working with Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience working within the education / training sector
  • Experience working with ESL stakeholders or customers
  • Experience working with Zendesk

  • 5 mins from Flinders Street Station. Commuting is a breeze when the office is a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street Station, when we're back in the office, that is! At the moment, we're all still working from home.
