We are building a workforce management system allowing private homecare agencies around the world to manage their employees (scheduling, client health records, billing, payroll and reporting).
We are also building other exciting complementary products (mobile apps for care workers, remote patient monitoring and family portal).

To achieve this ambitious goal we work hard, making sure our users providing 500k+ care visits a month efficiently
You will be working on :
60%) Leading cross-functional Enterprise project teams and providing direction to Client Services Managers and Associates.
approx and subject to change 10%) Multiple, concurrent projects where you will be applying (and helping to define best practices for) AlayaCare subject matter expertise in a consultative role to Client Services Managers and Associates.
10%) Encouraging scope growth to meet the emerging needs of the region or vertical.
5%) Managing and reviewing ongoing client communications and reporting on client status and happiness to internal and external stakeholders.
5%) Managing project risk to ensure timely, on-budget project execution and closure.
10%) Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients.
