Opal Rutherford is located in the tranquil NSW Hunter Valley region. This 144 bed home is newly built with modern designs and furnishings, along with a number of family friendly facilities including an onsite café, function room and leafy, landscaped gardens.

Opal Rutherford is in close proximity to a number of local shopping centres, national parks and famous Hunter Valley Wineries an ideal location to live and work!

About the role :

We are currently seeking AINs to work on a casual basis.

Our AINs will be responsible for providing care that is based on the assessed needs of our residents that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence.

Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following :

  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working as an AIN within Aged Care including experience with dementia residents
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy working in a team environment
