Aquatic Achievers Swim Schools is growing, and we are looking for passionate people to join our front line Customer Team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a :
Customer Service focused.
Experience within a fast paced customer facing role.
Thrives on working in a team.
Problem solver with an eye for detail.
Can work a flexible roster across a 7 days. Consistent weekend and afternoon availability is essential.
The role is based at our Gumdale and Chandler locations, with potential for additional work across our other sites.
Candidates must be eligible to apply for a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

Our front line teams are a vital part of our team, helping us to deliver the best experience for our families. Whether we're there to help them manage their booking, try on a pair of flippers for the first time, or graduate their first level with us, we ensure every moment is special.

Aquatic Achievers is a leading national swim school delivering over 13,000 lessons across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Canberra.
We specialise in teaching age groups from 3 months to 12 years old. We have 170 great people across our Brisbane teams!

Job Duties :
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record and modify customer information within the database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested
