    ROLE

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be the pioneer of the successes within Brisbane & QLD. You will build, develop, and grow strong relationships with the leading architect practices, and follow the project through to completion, ensuring that you build a solid project pipeline of residential and commercial projects.

    In addition to this you will drive, develop and grow new business with builders, contractors, Installers joinery companies and kitchen companies to capitalise on a huge potential business opportunity to promote a unique and attractive product.

    DUTIES

  • To gain specification projects within Brisbane with : Architects, Designers, builders, contractors, installers to secure a range of Commercial & Residential projects
  • Network effectively with; Architects, Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors and End Users to ensure you forge strong relationships
  • Grow and develop new business with builders, contractors, joinery companies and kitchen companies, with a unique product
  • Advise, consult and provide recommendations to clients
  • Build, develop and grow a strong project pipeline of specifications
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A demonstrable track record specification sales success in the following industries would be an advantage : wall panels, ceilings, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, surfaces, stone, tapware, interiors
  • You should have extensive experience working with; A&D (Architects & Designers) builders, contractors, installers, developers, joinery companies and kitchen companies
  • A passion for design and architecture
  • Must be organised, methodical and pride themselves on customer services
