Providing general and escalated infrastructure / application support you will also leverage your broad technical skills and experience to lead and provide hands on delivery of technology, governance and modernisation projects.

Experience in a multi-site corporate environment with a passion for improving the end user / customer experience, and leveraging tech to streamline and modernise business operations is essential.

As a member of the business-critical team, you will :

  • Provide service orientated technical support (levels 1 through 3) over the phone, in-person, onsite and via help desk across the organisation on software / systems and infrastructure wherever required
  • Maintain, develop and manage the operating environment using MS Intune, AD, GPO, and PS in alignment with security and governance best practises driven by modernisation and continuous improvement.
  • Provision, administer and set up hardware, software, and accounts for new uses and locations
  • Document practises, solutions, known issues, and common troubleshooting procedures
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems
  • Lead / resolve and take ownership of escalated infrastructure and application support queries to completion
  • Ideal Candidate will have :

  • A pragmatic approach to solving problems and solid experience working with stakeholders (technical and non-technical / internal and external)
  • A strong balance between soft and technical skills with a passion for customer service orientated delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in Windows environments, Multi-site and local networking concepts, Cloud-based technologies / migrations and Systems Integration (MCITP desirable).
  • An appetite for continued learning, continuous improvement activities and modernisation projects
