We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our outbound team based in Collins Square, Docklands.
This role is solely a customer service based with no sales involved.
As an Outbound Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact to our client’s superannuation members. You will be making calls to welcome new members to the fund, answer questions raised and discuss products, check member details and more!
Duties and responsibilities
Conduct outbound welcome calls to new members of the fund and answer any initial questions they may have
Confirm all details are correct and assist with consolidations if required
Discuss complex products and offerings with new members
Deliver an outstanding member experience remember; you’re their first impression of the fund!
Investigate and own all enquiries and follow through on promises
Become a subject matter expert on processes and procedures
Assist with inbound calls where required
Meet and exceed KPI’s
Ensure database is kept up to date after every interaction with members

Skills and experience
Previous experience in a customer service environment outbound contact centre ideal
Background in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services
Superannuation experience highly regarded
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adhere to schedule
Experience using Microsoft Office and multiple in-house systems
Ability to work to a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am 8pm
