As Australia’s strategic High-Performance sport agency, the AIS is responsible for leading and enabling a united High-Performance system that supports Australian athletes to achieve podium success.
We have an exciting role available within the new Leadership and Culture stream of the People Development and Wellbeing Team.
The Leadership and Culture Team builds capability within the High-Performance sport system by supporting the development of leadership and holistic High-Performance cultures.
We are passionate about the development of individuals and teams and believe that leadership and culture are key drivers of performance.
About The Role
The Leadership and Culture Consultant will work with National Sports Organisations and National Institute Partners providing leadership and expert guidance in the development of leadership and High-Performance cultures. This will include :
