This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced HR Consulting environment. The individual will be responsible for translating clients’ HR requirements into functional and technical specifications, providing high-

quality HR recommendations before configuring and implementing of Human Capital Management (HCM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and HR Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

Candidates should possess working knowledge and understanding of business strategies and challenges, and how HR supports them.

This position requires the individual to work independently on small projects and support larger projects. Proactive client engagement to understand business goals, analyse existing HR processes and recommend strategic tailored fit software solutions are part of the consultant's role.

  • Recognised university degree in computer science, computer engineering or other courses with information technology background
  • Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in IT / Computer Software. (fresh graduates with strong credentials may be considered)
  • Knowledge of HR management systems products such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Success Factors, PageUp People
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Consultative approach with a focus on the client experience
  • Ability to handle multiple / shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to present and interpret data in a meaningful way to clients
  • Understanding of the HR function
