This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced HR Consulting environment. The individual will be responsible for translating clients’ HR requirements into functional and technical specifications, providing high-
quality HR recommendations before configuring and implementing of Human Capital Management (HCM) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and HR Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Candidates should possess working knowledge and understanding of business strategies and challenges, and how HR supports them.
This position requires the individual to work independently on small projects and support larger projects. Proactive client engagement to understand business goals, analyse existing HR processes and recommend strategic tailored fit software solutions are part of the consultant's role.
