We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as our Quality Systems & Technical Support Manager (QSTM). This role is critical in ensuring that our team maintains our compliance with the code of Good Manufacturing Practice for Complementary Medicinal Products.

This role is an important factor in the establishment and continuous development of a robust quality system and will lead a team of Quality Officer's in one of the key areas of Quality Assurance, namely Systems & Technical.

The QSTM will have responsibility to ensure that their QA Systems & Technical work stream meets quality key performance indicators, in line with organisational and regulatory standards and will take part in quality and regulatory audits.

This role reports into the Quality Manager for our state-of-the-art site located at Virginia QLD.

  • QA experience within a cGMP environment
  • Experience in leading a team through change
  • A growth mindset with a drive to continuously improve
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Big picture mindset that avoids getting weighed down in the detail
  • Equipment & Process Qualification & Validation within a cGMP environment
  • Internal and external audit experience
  • Risk assessment and root cause analysis experience
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of current TGA regulations
