About the role :
Create the benchmarks for best practice essentialcommunications by being part of a growing team that optimises customercommunications experiences, grows our business and contributes to ourinnovation agenda.
Lead projects that create a great client experience, provideinsights and strategies to drive successful business outcomes and collaboratewith a cross functional team to deliver and measure them.
Support the development of sales opportunities and buildingannuity revenue
Conceptualise projects and facilitate development ofcommunications strategy
Design, lead and facilitate workshops online and in-personwith energy and confidence
Formulate and present high-quality insights
Work with customers to solve their communication challengesand manage direct contact with all levels within their business
Collaborate with the internal and customer-based projectcross functional consulting team
Map and recommend communications experience touchpoints
Oversee design of transactional communications and theircontent development aligned to business rules, process and governance
About you :
You’veenjoyed client facing roles for more than 5 years
Youhave extensive knowledge of communications consulting
Youhave experience in transactional communications and print and mail
Youhave a design or marketing qualification
Youare an innovator and have a proven ability to think outside’ the square’
Youthink creatively and about process
Youcan scope the vision and drill intothe detail
Youare a top communicator with broad business knowledge
Abroader consulting role may leverage your experience in other disciplines suchas CX, UX, change management or process / service design
Youare an avid learner and are ready to adapt the emerging disciplines ofbehavioural science, data analytics and attitude-based segmentation to ourbusiness model
