About the Role

The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering the ANZ Training & Development Program targeted at improving productivity, driving organisational effectiveness and identifying suitable training solutions to enhance overall performance.

Reporting to the Director of Organisational Development, you will be carrying out needs analysis for training programs by engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across our business, content creation, delivery and assessment of program outcomes.

Ideally based in Sydney, this role could be performed from Melbourne or Brisbane with some domestic travel required where necessary.

You will also be responsible for :

  • Building & developing relevant training programs
  • Scheduling, conducting & coordinating training programs, including new team member induction
  • Face to Face and virtual delivery
  • Providing reports and analysis to evaluate / measure results
  • Taking ownership of our Learning Management System, SAP Success Factors (iLearn)
  • Other adhoc projects and requirements related to T&D
  • About You

  • Previous experience creating and delivering measurable training & development programs
  • Strong clinical experience particularly with Orthopaedic portfolios
  • Delivery of field training in clinical settings would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong cognitive abilities to continuously learn and deliver technical training, including robotics
  • A high level of drive for results, excellent organisational skills and a solution oriented approach
  • Excellent communications skills, written, verbal and presentation
