We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Baristas who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy environment.
The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be part of the close-nit supportive team culture.
Excel in making high standard Barista style coffees
Coffee machine cleaning and maintenance duties
Follow Compass Group OH&S procedures
Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
General café duties as required including service and cleaning up
Provide outstanding customer service
Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
At least 1 years’ experience working as a Barista
Previous experience in a high-volume barista role
Bubbly and friendly person who can converse with clients
Always maintain a positive attitude to customer satisfaction
Reliable, enthusiastic and with great communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Must be proactive to deliver high standard coffees to increase revenue
Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
Available to work weekends
