The position is responsible for the business management overall, including monthly business reviews, quarterly financial accountability, and annual planning to drive revenue, profit, and market share goals for Microsoft Store products.
The ability to inspire, influence and implement these initiatives will be key to the success of the individual and Microsoft Store team.
Additionally, the role will be responsible for a regular ROBs with US headquarters and regional stakeholders.
In this highly visible role, you will partner with executive leadership and stakeholders in ANZ to define the overall go to market strategy for SMB / EDU / PS audiences.
The ability to drive complex projects, deal with ambiguity and be comfortable interacting with senior leaders and virtual teams, both internally and externally is, therefore essential in this role.
You will partner with Online Store leads on sales enablement and product / new program readiness. You will be the Voice of the Field back to Corp stakeholders in Stores, Segment and Product Groups.
By providing strategic leadership and best practices on SMB central strategies and Sales execution, you will be a key contributor to the overall success of the Commercial Sales team.
Finally, this role will act as internal and external spokesperson for Microsoft Store. This includes representing Microsoft Store to senior leadership team in the Australia & New Zealand Microsoft subsidiaries, hosting Enterprise customers in sharing sessions to describe how we run our own retail operations using the Microsoft tech stack, or acting as the point of escalation for customer / partner sales and support.
Select specific responsibilities for the Commercial - Online Store Lead include the following :
Be active to partner, inspire, engage and develop connections between business influencers and stakeholders.
Strong communication and ROB with corporate team to align, collaborate and share area business
The RSL will be the escalation path that the field depends on for results and advanced problem solving
Education / Experience Required :
Working in retail, within a great brand and directly with SMB audiences is a must
