Responsibilities :

  • Research prospective clients through several strategies most importantly through the use of the internet, but also through trade show lists, referrals, various professional directories, and personal investigation.
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
  • Attend Trade Shows, Conferences, Events, and Functions relating to the industry in order to develop contacts and leads.
  • Utilise social skills and standing to best represent TransPerfect Translations in order to make a positive impression on prospective clients.

  • Creatively problem-solve to improve current New Business Development strategy. Assist Directors of Business Development in day-to-day tasks, ranging from answering telephone calls, developing warm leads, marketing.
  • Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, including how TransPerfect charges, justification for turnaround time, and competitors’ information.
  • Required Skills / Background :

  • Minimum 3 year degree or related business experience
  • 3 years' of experience in sales or related roles
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Effective time management
  • Customer support experience
  • The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the company's solutions, competition.
