Due to maternity leave we are looking for someone towork on a contract basis providing scheduling and administrative support to ourFire Services Field Technician.
Commencing early June with a handover period, thecontract’s expected term is 9 months. Hours are 7.30 am 4.00 pm working fromSilverwater (or from home for a period of time).
A varied role, the main responsibilities will include :
Toprovide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non routine maintenanceservices to customers
To bethe first point of contact for customers requesting maintenance services
Toschedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements
Forecastcall requirements based on historical and growth inputs and other relevantconsiderations in order to develop workload plans and schedule servicedeliveries
Createand manage service delivery plans for all relevant business units
Efficientlyand professionally deploy phone calls to technicians ensuring the call responsetime requirements are met at all times
Ensurea high call closure rate within agreed time frames
Ensurethat maintenance work is completed within the set site specific deadlines
Preparereports confirming the relevant work deployment performance metrics
Answerinbound phone calls and answer queries, take messages or direct calls asappropriate providing a superior customer experience
Providesupport to the Managers and the business unit with administrative and clericalsupport
RaisePurchase orders as required.
Fireexperience is preferred but not essential
Schedulingor Admin experience in a service industry role is essential
Superiorcustomer service and excellent communication skills
Theability to commit to the duration of the contact, as well as flexible to extendif required
