Content Writer Intern

Stalione Group is a leading people-oriented consultancy firm that specializes in providing personalized solutions to improve both business agility and productivity to our clients.

Our team is growing, and we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a creative and dedicated Content Writer Intern to join our collaborative IT team for an initial 3-month unpaid Internship Program with the view to become permanent.

This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities :

Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

Creating content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

Contributing to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement

Evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed

Regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms.

Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

Requirements :

Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

Excellent writing and editing skills as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in content writing or copywriting.

Good understanding of content management systems.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
