We are currently seeking applications for Customer Service Representatives and Digital Service Representatives for both current and futurevacancies.

These roles would suit people looking for :

  • Part time or Full-time work
  • Ongoing or temporary work
  • An opportunity as a Digital Service Representative and / or Customer Service Representative within our Service Centres.
  • Locations : Various Service Centres across the Newcastle / Hunter Region.

    Salary :

    Digital Service Representative; includes a base salaryrange of ($53,464 - $67,440) plus employer's contribution to superannuation andannual leave loading.

    Customer ServiceRepresentative; includes a base salary range of ($61,554 - $75,064) plus employer'scontribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

    These amounts will be pro-rated forpart-time hours.

    The roles :

    Digital Service Representatives are required to be digitallysavvy, passionate about driving digital experience and enjoy engagingcustomers.

    Customer Service Representatives are requiredto be passionate about delivering positive face to face customer serviceexperiences and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

    Both these roles are responsible for processing customer transactionsand enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customercomplaints, whilst maintaining privacy requirements.

    You will also becomfortable working to KPI’s achieving individual and team goals.

    To be successful in this role(s) you will have :

    Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast paced environment

    Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios

    High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy

    Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems

    Hours of Work :

    Part-time : The hours to be worked according to a rotational / shift-patternroster : 20 hours a week over 5 days, minimum 4 hours a day, this can includeSaturdays.

    Flexibility is required to work between Service Centres operationalhours.

    Full-time : 35 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work on arotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours

    Please note some of our Service Centres are open onSaturdays!
