Our Maintenance & Industrial Services division are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our highly skilled oil and gas team in Darwin, to ensure all materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity and quality to ensure a flawless execution of the turnaround.

Drawing on your previous experience, you will :
Working closely with client counterparts to coordinate all warehouse activities for the Turnaround at the Darwin Supply Base.
Provide clear support and direction the Turnaround team for all inventory and equipment concerns relating to turnaround.
Coordinate the receiving of materials / tools / equipment, preservation and processing for storage and transportation.
Monitoring of warehouse stock, reporting on stock levels and any concerns relating to excess stock or material shortages
Ensure the Warehouse has the correct tools and information available to fulfil all orders
Provide feedback at the end of turnaround for lessons learned
We would like to hear from you if you have the following :
Ideally, 5+ years' experience in a similar logistics / supply chain operations role, preferably in an oil and gas environment and with Turnaround experience
A solid understanding of inventory and materials control processes, and familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment
A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work
Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to foster interpersonal relationships with Client, colleagues and suppliers
