  • The Opportunity We have a unique opportunity for an Agile Performance & Reward Partner to support and partner with the WooliesX and Cartology businesses - businesses that are aiming to bring the best of Woolworths to our customers, powered by our team, technology and data.

    Your new role will empower you to innovate and deliver reward and recognition in an innovative and nimble way. Managing the Performance and Reward Agile strategy and associated initiatives, you’ll help support Agile Ways of Working and the Future of Work across the Group.

    You'll also be responsible for :

  • Applying reward policy and programs across our digital and data led business units
  • Supporting the design and implementation of bespoke Reward plans to support attraction & retention objectives for WooliesX and Cartology, and influencing design to support Agile ways of working across the Group
  • Collaborating with Culture & People Partners to ensure timely and effective execution of reward programs
  • Collaborating with the broader Performance & Reward team and People Delivery Office to align reward programs with the People Strategy
  • Using market data and analytics to inform reward program initiatives and timely advice to line managers
  • Managing the annual performance & reward review processes for WooliesX and Cartology
  • Who we’re looking for We’re Iooking for a strong Performance & Reward Partner who is ready to think differently about how we manage Performance and Reward in an agile environment. You’ll also demonstrate;
  • Previous experience in a senior Reward Partner / Manager role within a large complex organisation
  • Experience across the design and implementation of fixed and variable pay plans, job evaluations, package recommendations and external / internal benchmarking to design reward plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly build a strong rapport and establish credibility as a subject matter expert
  • Significant working and technical knowledge of relevant remuneration frameworks, policies and regulatory / legislative issues and best practice and industry trends
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and consulting skills
  • Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile Frameworks, Scrum, Tribal model, Kanban, with an ability to reference best practice and market insights when assessing the most valuable way forward
  • Experience with facilitation and training with big room events, strategic or design workshops
  • Agile Coach certification is an advantage
  • Retail industry experience will be highly regarded
