Hidden River is a cellar door and restaurant in remote regional southwest Western Australia. We are seeking a restaurant manager with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a highly demanding hospitality environment.
The candidate needs a wide range of skills with good business acumen and the desire to work within a creative team space, developing customer experiences and managing events and functions in the food and beverage arena.
Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable with formal business studies desirable and commitment to live and work in a regional area.
The ability to work well with staff, manage rosters, stock, maintain social media and online platforms, work with people to develop functions within budget, work with kitchen staff on creative ideas, have a knowledge of wine and food with excellent communication are all part of your day.
