As the Program Performance Manager at Transurban you’ll help people to live and travel better. As a major player in the Program Management team, you’ll lead creation, coordination, performance tracking and reporting of the NSW Integrated Works Program.
This program, developed and based on the plan allocations and briefs, is required to promote transparency of all planned and future routine maintenance, major maintenance and enhancement works activity.
This transparency will enable works coordination across Transurban’s NSW assets to improve efficiency, delivery effectiveness, and to make the best use of available resources.
This is a 12 month fixed term position.

The impact you’ll have :
You’ll keep Sydney moving by ensuring our assets are in prime condition by managing the scope and delivery of ongoing maintenance programs
You’ll ensure the Forward Works and Annual Works Plans briefs and scopes are effectively adopted for works delivery with appropriate key milestones established, confirmed and incorporated within the Program.
You’ll assist the Maintenance Delivery Management team to track and forecast project spend against budgets.
You’ll also assist the Maintenance Delivery Management team to track and monitor the performance of internal delivery providers and external service providers against project milestones and KPIs.
You’ll strive for continuous improvement by baselining the performance of providers (both internal and external) and verifying value for money for our NSW business.
You’ll chair the Program Oversight and Change Control board meetings.

The talents you’ll bring :
You’ll have strong program and project management skills with experience in Civil, ITS, Mechanical / Electrical engineering essential
Having great leadership expertise, you’re at home with building and sustaining relationships at all levels
You’ll bring a significant understanding of maintenance and asset management
Analytical and incisive, you’ll spot issues and use your own ingenuity and engage with your colleagues to solve problems collaboratively
You’ll bring with you experience in managing budgets, plans and programs
You’ll think bigger and always look for better solutions and ways of working
