As such, there is now an exciting opportunity fora Branch Manager to lead the GreaterBank branch at Newcastle.
This is a Full Timepermanent position, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdaymorning work also required.
Reporting tothe Regional Sales Manager, the BranchManager is responsible for leading the branch and team to achievecommercial objectives, whilst maintaining a true customer-
servicefocus that empowers the Greater Bank customerbase.

Whilstprevious banking or financial experience would definitely be aplus, the most important thing we are looking for is demonstratedleadership experience and a proven track record of delivering onperformance targets.
Our Newcastlebranch are an energetic, enthusiastic, customer focussed team whoare great at what they do and just need someone to lead the chargeand give them guidance and support to inspire success.
Secondly, you willhave proven commercial business acumen with the ability to guidethe strategic direction and growth of the branch, in conjunctionwith senior management.
And the thirdcritical thing we are looking for is someone who is a driving forcefor business development. You will have versatile networkingskills, with a strong local network and the ability to build brandawareness for Greater Bank in the Newcastle community.
This is anautonomous, yet well supported position that would be a fantasticopportunity for someone who is either working in banking currentlyand looking for a chance to make their mark, or someone from a TeamLeader or management role in a customer-
service focusedorganisation, looking to transition into the bankingindustry.
