The Company

Australia’s leading consultancy, providing professional career management and transition services dedicated to advising top 500 ASX Listed Companies with the career transition, paths, and development of their executives is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Reconciliations Officer.

The Role

Representing a key function within this thriving business, reporting to the Financial Accountant, this role will ensure the continued drive and success of delivering outstanding accounting support.

This is a full time ongoing temporary assignment for approximately 2 months with a view to permanency for the right candidate.

The scope of role will include :

  • Produce invoices and email to clients
  • Follow up outstanding debtors
  • Monthly credit card spend
  • GL posting summaries
  • GL Reconciliations
  • Attributes, Skills & Experience

    Ideally, you will possess :

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to report to & present to management & executive level
  • Methodical & systematic work style
  • Professional & self motivated work ethic
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel skills and MYOB EXO experience an advantage but not essential
