  • The Digital Customer Journey placement at a glance :

    An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the Service Operations team. Reporting to the Service Operations & Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting with Customer Engagement Planned (CEP) activities together with key stakeholders in the business and externally
  • Plan all service related Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) campaign development to ensure they are on track for distribution based on the developed plan
  • Assist and support key data integration project activities to drive retention and customer satisfaction
  • Working together with the Service Operations team on any other new activities or projects as they arise
  • Qualifications

    What we are looking for :

    Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.

    To be considered, students must be an undergraduate (second year) or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2021), preferably studying IT, Computer Science or Business.

    Students with experience or a strong knowledge of CEP, data integration and / or big data analytics will be highly regarded so if this is you, please make this clear in your application.
