Our Melbourne office is now seeking a seasoned contract recruiter to join the well-established Accounting & Finance (Contract) team to own and build on an impressive client portfolio.
The Senior Consultant will be a prominent figure within this fun and collaborative team working closely with the team Manager to shape and build the business and be proactive in growing market share.

Key Responsibilities :
Capitalise on existing client relationships as well as identify new areas for growth
Meet revenue targets through consistent growth of a contract book
Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients within your specialist discipline
Act as a subject matter expert within your specialised area
Build and maintain a network of high quality, relevant candidates to present opportunities to
Promote other contracting specific offerings, such as payroll services
Operate a meticulous process in terms of keeping in touch with candidates and clients to get the most from each interaction
Plan and host relevant client and candidate networking events (currently remote)
Mentor junior consultants within the office
Assist in team strategy and development
Key Requirements and Personal Attributes :
A minimum of 3 years of agency experience recruiting on a contract desk, ideally withing accounting & finance but it could be another white collar discipline if you are ready for a change.
Consistent tenure within current or previous employer
High level of integrity and the ability to cope with challenges
Accountability for your own success and evidence of high performance within your roles
Entrepreneurial nature and proven commercial acumen
Ability to coach and mentor others effectively
Excellent communication skills and presentation
Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
