    SpatialServices, a division of the Department of Customer Service, isthe key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales.

    Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to acomprehensive package of land and property services including propertyinformation, surveying and mapping.

    Spatial Services' provides landinformation services to individuals, businesses, government agencies andnon-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.

    About therole

    Support business development activities by buildingproductive relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote and supportdelivery of Spatial Services property and spatial information products andservices and drive performance and product development.

    KeyResponsibilities :

  • Support the development of business initiative briefs, key strategies, performance targets and expected outcomes
  • Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep clients informed of technological developments, product variations and / or changes
  • Facilitate continuity of service delivery
  • Contribute to Service Delivery strategies to increase the level of customer engagement and satisfaction with Spatial Services products and services
  • Provide advice to clients on spatial data supply options or methods, including appropriate formats and media, to ensure the delivery of quality, customer focused services
  • Provide specialist advice to the Service Delivery and broader Spatial Services operational teams and facilitate continuous improvement of the spatial data infrastructure and delivery mechanisms.

    Salary Grade 5 / 6, with the base salary for this role startingat $85,488 base plus superannuation
