We're looking for a bright and energetic individual who is social and outgoing to tackle the customer rush of our busiest days of the week.

Your position in the store would be a few nights a week between Thursday and Sunday where you will be tasked with handling customers and phones when required and keeping on top of dishes and cleaning when not serving the counter.

Customer Service responsibilities :

  • Meet & greet customers on the phone and in person, this is where the bright and energetic attitude will really help out, making customers feel relaxed and at home in our store is our goal.
  • Dealing with customer concerns, this is one of the most important parts of our business, we are humans and not everything can be perfect, but effectively solving customer concerns is our opportunity to win them back.
  • Upselling, this is one of our primary focuses, and is not simply trying to get the customer to buy as much as possible, but to help them find products and options suited to them that they wouldn't find alone creating a personalised and satisfying experience.
  • Processing payments : cash and EFTPOS.
  • Additional responsibilities :

  • Preparing a variety of sides and ingredients, the makeline will occasionally need a hand with out non-puzza products like chicken and garlic breads.
  • Washing dishes and cleaning around the store, pretty self explanatory, the job part of the job, this is crucial operationally to ensure the close staff can focus on customer experience rather than washing dishes.
