Howwill I help?
You will be critical to powering the service revolution for our brokersand customers. We are committed to delight our brokers and customers at everytouch point.
Your key focus is leadership and to be a leader-of-leaders, you willhave a proven track record in building and leading high performing teams.
Our teams are responsible for the assessment and decision making on new loanapplications, and your accountabilities will stretch across broker and customerexperience, credit quality, workforce capability.
The key to your success will be your ability to drive a balanced scorecard delivering great customer outcomes, continually challenging and improvingprocesses, managing risk and meeting financial commitments, while constantlydeveloping and inspiring your people.

Whatdo I need?
Strong background in the banking industry. Extensive experience in a people leadership roleincluding the management of other leadership roles.
Exceptional experiencein relationship management; building engagement and relationships with internaland external business partners and stakeholders.
You will have a workingunderstanding of risk management principles; compliance and legislativerequirements
