    About the role

    A true professional case management role which will support our assist in delivering employment outcomes for our clients with a disability.

    Implement and oversee a job seeker-centric case management model, focusing on individualised job searches, barrier management, marketing and post placement support, you will do this by :

    Professional, commercial recruiter roleSource sustainable and relevant vacanciesPlace clients into sustainable employment through business development and advocacy to employersProvide post-employment support to clients once they have been successfully placed, including on their work siteUndertake regular reverse marketing of priority candidates as a key business development tactic

    About you :

  • Previous experience in sales and / or recruitmentPrevious experience or knowledge of the Community Development sectorA strong ability to problem-solve and apply resilience via adjusting solutions as well as approach and communication at an individual client level imperative;
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs;Advanced communication skills, and experience in working with a diverse group of job seekers.

    A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
