As the Store Manager you will;
Drive incredible customer experience with your team of Stylists
Coach, develop and lead your team to ensure you maintain the SHEIKE standards + selling steps
Manage your store budget implementing initiatives when sales and KPI's are requiring support
Manage your roster + wages through performance based rostering
Participate in store stocktakes to manage stock control + loss prevention
Recruit and induct new team members in line with SHEIKE standards
Be a leader from the front having a natural love + passion for fashion retail
Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
Maintain a high standard on personal presentation of yourself, team and the store
Min 3+ years as a Store Manager in fashion retail
Continually achieved + monitored store sales targets + KPI's
Driven budgets + proven sales results
Experience in managing, recruiting + developing a team
Created a positive working environment
Time Management skills
Had an eye for both personal and store styling, as well as upholding VM standards
Continually have a desire to challenge yourself to succeed
Energetic & a natural people person
